Wolfensson delivers all around the world. Each parcel contains an official invoice, along with the merchandise. The invoice carries the total amount of the purchased products in the same currency of the original order as well as the amount of each item.

Wolfensson does not ship to PO Box addresses.
Wolfensson processes and sends orders during the main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am till 19:00 pm CET (with exception of Austrian public holidays). The purchase will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of the payment at the latest.
Wolfensson insures each purchase during the time of transit until it is delivered to the shipping address. For any delivered parcel a signature is required, at which point the responsibility for the purchase passes to the customer. If the customer is not the receiver of package then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
TAXES AND DUTIES
For deliveries within the European Union no additional taxes or custom duties are charged. All shown prices include VAT.
For deliveries outside of the European Union the item’s prices do not include the VAT. Import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. As we do not have any control over these charges, Wolfensson recommends contacting the local custom office for current charges before ordering.
At delivery time, customers are asked to carefully inspect the box before signing for the delivery. Wolfensson seals packages with a customizes adhesive tape with the logo of Wolfensson. In case the customer receives a package that has been opened by customs or by the carrier for authorized inspections, the package will be closed with a guarantee seal by the specific body.
If for any reason the Wolfensson package seems to be damaged, the customer is asked to sign the delivery with the note „Received unchecked“ or refuse the delivery. In that event the customer should open a claim immediately and contact Wolfensson at email@example.com.
In case of a missed delivery attempt, the customer should contact the local delivering post for further assistance.
Parcels which can not be delivered due to a lack of cooperation of the customer (incorrect address, unpaid duties or absent at address) may be returned at the customer’s expenses to Wolfensson. The expense includes shipping costs, any duty and tax fees. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
