RETURN & REFUND
If the customer is not fully satisfied with his/her order, he/she can return the items for size/color exchange or refund.
Wolfensson does not offer free returns.
To return a purchase, the items must meet the following conditions:
- The return of the items has to be requested at email@example.com
- Return within 14 days of the delivery date
- Original, unworn, unaltered and unwashed condition (including dustbags, covers, etc.)
- All tags must be including
Wolfensson reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with the Wolfensson’s return policy. Returns that do not respect the policy will be sent back.
In case of an incorrect or defective item directly contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Therefore Wolfensson will take over all costs for shipping and handling.
Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted by Wolfensson. Refunds will be made on the same payment method and currency as the original order. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used.
Credit Card: The processing time, depending on the credit card institute, is in general 10 working days.
PayPal: The refund should be visible in the customer’s PayPal account within 24 hours after receipt of the refund confirmation email.
Shipping costs, custom fees and any difference due to currency rates are not refundable.
- To request a return the customer must inform Wolfensson of his/her decision to withdraw the contract. Wolfensson asks the customer to send the withdrawal information to email@example.com. The customer is free to use the following form.

- To ensure a save return Wolfensson asks the customer to re-use the Wolfensson packaging.
- All costs for shipping and handling of the returned packages are in the customers responsibility.
- Any duties and taxes related to the import of the return are always at the customer’s expense.
- Returned goods remain the customer’s responsibility until Wolfensson signed the receipt of the parcel provided by the parcel service.
